1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DailyDose, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. The App in Three Words
Local. Personal. Organizer.
- 100% on-device (SwiftData + local notifications)
- No accounts, no cloud, no sharing
- Just your private list of meds/vitamins
3. Not Medical Advice (Really Important)
DailyDose is a personal reminder and inventory tool only.
It does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Diagnosis
- Treatment recommendations
- Professional healthcare guidance
Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. Never rely on the app for health decisions. If you miss a dose or feel unwell — contact a healthcare professional immediately.
4. How You Use It
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Don't:
- Use it to provide services to others
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app (except as allowed by open-source license if applicable)
- Use it in any way that violates laws or these Terms
5. Your Data
All your entries stay on your device. We (the developer) have zero access.
See the separate Privacy Policy for details — spoiler: there's nothing to collect or share.
6. No Warranties
The app is provided "as is."
No guarantees it will:
- Work perfectly
- Never crash
- Schedule every reminder flawlessly
- Prevent you from running out of pills
Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, etc.) from using — or not being able to use — the app. This includes health-related consequences from missed doses or incorrect tracking.
8. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms (you'll see them in app updates). Continued use = acceptance.
We can stop supporting the app anytime — no refunds (it's free!).
9. Governing Law
Australian law applies.
10. Contact
Questions or feedback? GitHub issues or the support link in the app.
In three words again: Your phone. Your rules.
No servers judging your vitamin game. Stay healthy — and set those reminders!
